Regarding After-sales Service replacement for discontinued IROAD models

Some IROAD products that have been discontinued for more than 4 years.
We can no longer receive replacement products in advance from our Headquarters in Korea.
Therefore, there will no longer be 1:1 replacement services in our CORVIT Service Centre.
As a result, please take note that the models listed below can only be repaired by sending the faulty unit back to our head office in Korea

* Korea Headquarters Repair Period : At least 1 to 2 months
* No stocks for 1:1 repair replacement
– V7 Front Camera
– V9S1 Front Camera / Rear Camera
– T8 Front Camera / Rear Camera

* Processing Procedure
1. Payment to be made in advance for the repair cost of the defective products
2. Defective products will be shipped to Korea (1 time shipment per month)
3. After shipment to Korea, it takes at least 1 month for the replacement products to reach Singapore
4. Visit CORVIT office to pick up the replacement product
